This picture is of a retaining wall in the City of Alhambra, CA covered with grafitti.
Shortly after the walls are coated with Vitrocem Pigmented Anti-Grafitti Coatings, the wall was tagged again.
Vitrocem Grafitti Remover is sprayed onto the grafitti paint.
A stiff bruch is used to loosen the surface and dissolve the paint.
A power washer is then used to wash off the graffiti paint and neutralize the surface.
The results speak for themselves!
